Grounded & Growing is a community-based Social Emotional Learning (SEL) curriculum that helps teens build emotional resilience, strengthen character, and grow in confidence and purpose. Designed with both a comprehensive Teacher Edition and an engaging Student Workbook, it guides students through reflective lessons that promote self-awareness, responsible decision-making, and positive relationships within their communities.
